The location was great, with plenty of options for activities nearby. the service was impeccable, and staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the food was exceptional, with an enormous variety of dishes to choose from.
The rooms were a bit outdated, and could have benefited from some modernization. the wifi was spotty at times, making it difficult to stay connected.

Had a great family vacation! The service was amazing, with friendly staff always around to serve us drinks and food. The entertainment was outstanding as well, with a huge variety of shows and pool parties for the kids. The food and drinks were fabulous, with the best pina coladas and plenty of options for even picky eaters. The water park was absolutely incredible, with slides and a splash pool for little kids. We all had so much fun!
It smelled bad, and we had to walk a short distance to find a freshwater wading pond. , our room had an obstructed view and was a bit worn down with chipped paint and missing tiles on pool stairs.
